All products sold in our store are sourced internationally (China-based) and are supplied on a made-to-order basis. Therefore, the following conditions apply:

Return Policy

  • Returns are not accepted.
  • All products are procured specifically upon order and are not kept in stock.

Refund Policy

  • Due to high international shipping costs, customs fees, and operational expenses, refunds are not provided.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Exceptional Cases

You may contact us in the following situations:

  • The product arrives severely damaged
  • The wrong product is delivered

In such cases:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • After review, if deemed appropriate, a replacement may be issued
